This project, therefore, puts forward the idea of a mobile application through which spoken words would turn to captivating animations. An added layer in this project is the utilization of child generated drawings. Children’s representations of the world, in the form of drawings they construct, are potent material, that have far more potential to enhance authentic and long-lasting learning. With adults acting as facilitators in the process, these drawings can be captured and added to the application’s library so that children engage in listening aided by the animation of their own drawings.
