Abstract

Taking inspiration from my life, I build narratives from daily life experiences. Through stop motion short films, I try to capture and cherish those moments when a family tries to cope up with a loss of a family member, a mother. My animations express the loss, the love and the memories that will never fade. I try to highlight the fact that we are able to make our own definition of a family, where imperfections can be celebrated.

The characters in my short film series are inspired from my own family. Each character plays a special role and they try to be a support for each other.
